Three steps to change



It has long been interested in the topic changes. Fascinated me is how man can change in an instant. Completely - from head to toe, at one time. And I wanted so to change.

Recently my approach to this subject is different, more like evolution than revolution. Still, I wonder how to do it. How do I learn how to learn new skills and competencies in the easiest, fastest way. How to get new habits in a short time so as to remain for a long time - to become a part of us.

Responses have not yet finally found, but are distinguished by three steps. These are the steps to be taken, to carry out a good change:

Step 1 & #8211; Understanding. Answer two key questions. "What is it?" And "Why is that?". The first question, the idea is to get to a particular image. The more clear the picture, the better, because we know what to focus on. We know what we're working. This is how we have been debating a problem - and if at the very beginning we make a decent analysis, specify what the current situation and what solutions we are looking for - we have clearer picture and much easier for us to get a good response.

The second question - "Why" is a question of motivation. The question is, what are the arguments for this, to do for X. It is very important to answer this question and find a particular argument in favor. If these are not, then ... why waste time on something, and so will not benefit?

If so we want to develop the habit of getting up early include:

1) We establish exactly what he means - of which we actually want to get up, as it is run, how we want to measure

2) We establish the reasons why we do it - for example, that in this way we will have more time for activities during the day, or more time in the morning to eat breakfast quietly

Step 2 - Measure conscious. Remember how different from each other conscious and unconscious action.
