The only life is right now. If you want to be happy - you can only do this now. It is impossible to be happy "for years" - so it does not work. Wait until the years pass, and again you find yourself today. Then again, if you tell yourself that this is not a good moment - again you will not be happy. There is no other way - or are you happy right now, or you'll never be happy.
Life can not be postponed for later.
