Small things, great things
It's amazing how a small, insignificant event, can be very important. Exactly as it was yesterday. One little phone, a short conversation - distressed me off balance. I was a little zezłoszczony, but most of all - I felt sadness. All of that conversation did not went like I wanted it. She stopped suddenly when I wanted so much to talk ...
After all, a trifle! How can something like this could tear me away from work until the end of the day? As one call could make me feel so sad? This conversation meant to me something more. In fact - it was a call:) - but for me it turned out to be something more. Thanks to her at the end of somethingunderstood.
I fight the sadness, I could make in five minutes already feel better. I was able to effectively improve your mood. But what for? If I did - I would have lost the chance to understand. As I was stuck in the sorrow - only then did something important to me, what is important to have separated from what is irrelevant.
To define ourselves, what is important and what is not. Which is great, and what is small. We choose, and they have more control. If you decide to leave, that such talk is not something important - would be irrelevant. So I would choose a little while longer, "he felt better." Sometimes, however - something small, something seemed to be invalid, something that does not mean anything - justthat it hides something very precious. Taught a lesson, a valuable truth, a valuable experience. To discover it - you need to know how to look. You have to look at yourself and try to understand. You have to ask yourself questions.
What I feel right now?
Why does it feel?
Where did it feel?
What do I think at the moment?
Why do I think?
Where did this idea come from?
These little questions conceal a great response. An excuse to ask them - and understand each other - may be even a normal conversation over the phone. A good response is easily obtained. Is much harder to ask a good question.
