Some Reflections on leadership
Gave me great joy to last a suggestion. I got the opportunity to guide a group of people (which I need to organize yourself first) within a single organization. This will be part of a larger team, but a very important part. I was happy with this proposal for three reasons:
1. This is a difficult task - and I like this the most:)
2. I loved the topic and the "guiding principle" team, ie the creation, improvement, development. Something like R & D department in the business.
3. And finally - it is a science leadership and being a leader. Barely a few days ago I wondered hard about where I could learn to lead in practice. On the proposal did not have to wait a long time:)
In connection with being a leader - now, although still am not - dictates to me a few thoughts: A leader is a person who thinks less of himself, and almost all of the attention is focused on others. Does the majority is always right?
Once the lesson "Knowledge Society", still in high school (and so quite a long time:)) I read the important question: Does the majority is always right? This question had fallen enough in my memory that remained with me ever since. I decided that I will write more about it.
Already at the beginning to answer - no, most do not have
is always wrong. The whole thing is to use the word "always" - which is quite dangerous ... even about whether the majority is usually right - it can be discussed.
In the history - the past and the more recent - there are many examples of how the majority could be wrong. I will give only three:
Mikołaj Copernicus had his vision of how the universe is built. He announced that the Earth is not at its center. For the people of his contemporaries was more evident than now for us is how far this view is incorrect. Copernicus lonely sentence passed in front of everyone else.
Mahatma Gandhi. A man who believed that India could be liberated from British rule and without the use of armed force. He believed this so strongly that in the end, and others followed his example. In the beginning, however, was all alone. Then it was hard to admit that he "is right."
With recent times we have even Peter Schiff. An American economist, appeared on television saying that America is waiting areaażne economic collapse. I am not concerned even about the fact that these three gentlemen are right. I do not want to prejudge. That's it, that thosewho stand in the place - certainly not wrong.

Death on the TV screen - just like any other - it provokes us to ask the important questions. Makes these moments are unique. The atmosphere is unique. We see and feel something you do not experience every day. We start talking about things which usually do not even remember.
I remember when the pope died - I felt as if someone died from the family. I am sure that not only I lost someone very close then. Whathappened then too many of us can remember. Reconciliation, important words, prayers, declarations. Much talked about the changes. Much talked about forgiveness. O values. About our reality in which we live and what we create together. About how she looks and how it should look.
What came of all these thoughts and big words? Where is the JPII generation? Where are the teachings of Pope? Is not it so that we remember them for a moment - to have a moment again, the pope only associated with the anecdote about kremówkach and pride we feel when watching the footage, which proclaims to the world that a Pole was elected to the See of Peter? Will we remember only the man, and forget about what he wanted nam all pass?
Why?
Why does such important, moving moments, we are ready to make big decisions, make great promise and great returns - and then forget about them?
Will the last event of the Polish policy language change?
Can we focus on what unites us rather than what separates us from ourselves?
Is our country going to change?
Can we change?
To answer these questions, we must look at ourselves - how to behave at the moment? How people behave, in his television, which is our "window on the world"? For me - behave as if they were participants in something wyjątkthis. Something that does not happen every day.
Obviously this is something unusual, but I see here a serious threat. By the uniqueness of the last day and time of mourning - all the events, words and declarations - are also unique. Tragic, but the holidays.

How to change others?
Once I spent a lot of time figuring out how to change others as they help in such a way that will point out a better way. I'll give a hint that will change lives for the better. Let me help with a few words and I will describe some obvious evidence that had been hidden somewhere. In my life naodkrywałem these obvious a lot, so I thought it worthwhile to share them.
In this case came out of two basic assumptions: I know what is best for someone, this someone needs my help
Both assumptions turned out to be wrong. I realized this about half a year ago and since then it works differently. Did not offer to help. Do not wonder how someone "

This is so, how convincing. The truth is simple and can be quite cruel to some - but nobody can find out. That someone needs to convince himself. This can not be done "by force". Even if you achieve your goal and change someone's mind in a certain topic, that person is not identified with that and if he will be able to safely return to the previous sentence - do it, because it's her opinion.
With this in mind, go back again to the thought which has alreadydesired number of times, by many before me was taken into the workshop and broadcast to the world: instead of changing others - change yourself. At a time when you change yourself, change your world. These two sentences cover the whole topic. It is worth while for them to sit and reflect.
Before the time will come for it - you still need to answer the title question - "How to change the other?". I would not write about it. They are from the experts. So I ask another question:
Why? Why should I have someone to change when I change myself? Self-Improvement, change is continuous growth - until it brings real results. Also, this is much more comfortable way of life

Stop being a slave
If you are not sure about something, not control it. This thing could have control over you.
If you do not understand something, you can not use it. It's something you can use.
If you can not see, you can not fix. This thing can spoil the silence you from the inside.
Therefore, discovery, understanding and look carefully at ourselves, others and the whole world.
So much depends on our thoughts, emotions and beliefs. The point is not to control them, but they are not controlled by us. The only way to relieve this awareness.
If you are aware of something - you're no longer a slave to that thing.
If you are not sure about something, not control it. This thing could have control over you.
If you do not understand something, you can not use it. It's something you can use.
