Some Reflections on leadership



Gave me great joy to last a suggestion. I got the opportunity to guide a group of people (which I need to organize yourself first) within a single organization. This will be part of a larger team, but a very important part. I was happy with this proposal for three reasons:

1. This is a difficult task - and I like this the most:)

2. I loved the topic and the "guiding principle" team, ie the creation, improvement, development. Something like R & D department in the business.

3. And finally - it is a science leadership and being a leader. Barely a few days ago I wondered hard about where I could learn to lead in practice. On the proposal did not have to wait a long time:)

In connection with being a leader - now, although still am not - dictates to me a few thoughts: A leader is a person who thinks less of himself, and almost all of the attention is focused on others. Leader to do anything is not convincing. By himself and his vision of attracting people. It does not have anyone "convert" on the strength of leader does not manage, but allows you to rule others. That's why we have leaders with enough prawdziwegabout the incident. This is a difficult task. It requires a lot of sacrifice and self-denial. That's why I want to be tackled.

There is no other way for this to change the world.

Today, the leadership has become a necessity.
