The mission for me is the answer to two questions - "what are you doing?" And "why are you?". The mission is a response to a question about the cause. Key in the formulation of the mission are three issues - the rule KKZ: The mission must be short. Just one sentence, a maximum of ten words. No more. The mission must be concrete. Zero waffling. The simple answer to simple question. The mission must be understood. If we identify with the mission, we need to understand not only whole but also the role and importance of each word. Must be expressed in very simple language.

In my opinion the answer is yes221;. Well-articulated mission, with which I identify with - definitely helps in life, helps make decisions, thanks to her I am more certain that what I'm doing now is precisely the thing you should do. The mission makes everything more readable.

This current mission is very "green" - was born just a few days ago. Earlier in that it was poorly worded, was lying in the corner. Do not identify with it.

And an important note at the end - do not identify with the mission objective. My mission is not to win a million ... I always shied away from this, to establish a "life goal." Because if you set such a goal, what happens when you attain it? What mnie will continue to be kept alive, since everything important to me - already passed?

The mission is different from the order because it is valid for life. It does not answer the question about what you want to achieve. Instead, it suggests, and still retains some of what you do in life and why you do it. It is a good guideline.

Question 2 - How can I achieve it faster?

This question helps me to still be focused on the fact that an action to perform even better. This "superiority" is primarily due to savings in time and energy to devote to this activity. Of course, all while maintaining an appropriate level, but without striving for perfection.

Question 3 - What this taught me?

Asking yourself this question so I came into a habit that I do it, even unknowingly:) In my (up toÆ broad) meaning of efficiency, is also learning occupies an important place. "I have no time for anything" - I hear those words very often, more frequently. Although the day is still 24 hours, it seems that until we suddenly disappeared. What's more - we are working longer and more efficiently than before - and yet we have too little time ...

With new methods of work organization as the teams carry out projects and create great organizations, each of which has designated its field of operation as a whole and create something great at an accelerating pace. Why, then, although it is not enough time?

First we have to understand that sometimes you can not manage. Someone who talks about managing time - weaves nonsense. This is fiction! We can only manage it, as that term is being used. We can only manage their operations. And this is the answer.

In a world where everything is fast - we must act as quickly. We must again learn to work well, and I believe it is important what we have in today's world to learn. If you know the rules and principles governing the right action and apply them in our lives - if only. This is called PRAwdziwa efficiency.

I'll write about this more than once. Now I will share some remarks on the action. All stem from my personal observation: more time it takes people to translate the actions and coming up with excuses than the activity itself.
