How Long To Wait Job Application

Four questions that wywindują your efficiency

Einstein said that everything should be as simple as possible, but not simpler.

Following these words - if the efficiency can be presented in a simple (not simplified) - then you do it. Today I present four short questions. Questions, by which I became effective. I guarantee that you ask these four frequently and regularly give better results than reading the four books about time management, the best of the authors:

Question 1 - What is the next action?

The thing taken from David Allen's GTD. It turns out that just any project seen as a "next steps" and instantly a lot easier to control. From now on, alwayse, when it operates on a project, or when he comes to me any case - to decide the next steps. It happens that the next action is to throw the case into the trash, which, moreover I do immediately:)

Question 2 - How can I achieve it faster?

This question helps me to still be focused on the fact that an action to perform even better. This "superiority" is primarily due to savings in time and energy to devote to this activity. Of course, all while maintaining an appropriate level, but without striving for perfection.

Question 3 - What this taught me?

Asking yourself this question so I came into a habit that I do it, even unknowingly:) In my (up toÆ broad) meaning of efficiency, is also learning occupies an important place. The best learning is learning from experience and from his own actions - and we do not draw any science, if not we will ask themselves this simple question. Learning in this way is much more effective than studying in school. It is more a "science of life."

Question 4 - How to look like this activity, I made it perfectly?

It is a question which I use mainly when imagining (visualizing) the objectives and activities. Perfectly is when we have the perfect picture with you at all times while performing the action. Thus we have a vision of how the objective to be attained and strive to do so. WellThis question is used also in action - when we evaluate as we went. Thanks to him we strive for perfection and instead focus on the mistakes we made, we use the experience gained from these mistakes and focus on the ideal image. So we know how to perform this action better next time, not just what mistakes to avoid.
