How to become a leader?
Can leadership be learned? I witnessed several discussions on this topic and how it happens in the discussions, opinions were divided. My opinion is that leadership can be learned, because I made him up concrete elements - knowledge, attitudes and skills that can gain or improve. Some of us are more predisposed to lead, but that does not mean that someone can not do that, because "he was not born a leader."
