It liberates the power of focus, energy. Transforms chaos into order and give an appropriate pace. Most importantly - brings results.

These are not my words - a pity. Although I know how important, can not do it. Focus on the ONE? Nah, it's for wimps. I can not otherwise - to see how much is possible, how many ideas waiting for implementation. I do several things at once. And that does not go as it should be, well ... something for something. Doing a lot, I feel that happens a lot. This is actually true, but that does not mean a lot of good.
Until recently I could sitting in front of komputer check and reply to emails, surf the goldenline, read news, articles, and watch movies, listen to music, talking on instant messenger, and God knows what else. Not the name of that concentration. Not the name of effective action.
And how it looks at you?
Learn from St Richard's. John - he knows how to succeed. As for the focus - do not learn from me.
Once you learn to - come to me and surrender to me this ability. Finally - everything can be learned, and turn into a habit.
